To help out, here's a top ten of frequently asked questions:
1) ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS TO THE PRICES OF YOUR BADGES, STICKERS, KEYRINGS ETC?
All my prices are all inclusive, there's no extras at all.
We don't charge extra for setup or postage, the only thing you need to do is send finished artwork formatted following the instructions on my site and send payment.
2) HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
My normal turnaround time on most items is 7-14 days from receiving finished artwork and cleared/online payment but I can sometimes get them to you quicker, just drop me a line and ask.
This 7-14 days applies to everything on the site: badges, fabric badges, keyrings, mirrors, magnets and stickers.
3) I NEED MY BADGES REALLY QUICK, CAN YOU DO THEM IN TIME?
I may well be able to, just e-mail me to ask and I'll give you a realistic answer.
Unless we're sending an order Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, we don't normally charge extra for speedy service.
4) HOW MANY DESIGNS CAN I HAVE WITH MY BADGE ORDER?
Generally, if you're ordering a 100 or more of something you can have up to five different badge etc designs in with your order.
I can split designs into multiples of 20, so if say you order 100 with five designs it could be split evenly 20/20/20/20/20.
If you ordered 100 with 4 designs, it could be split 40/20/20/20, with two designs it could be split 40/60, 80/20 and so on.
If you need more than five designs, please e-mail me as it may be possible.
With orders of less than 100 of each item you can have up to two designs.
The number of designs you can have with the special offers may vary.
5) CAN YOU MAKE DIFFERENT SIZES OF BADGES?
I can custom make 25mm (the classic badge size) and 45mm badges, for when you've just got to have a bigger badge...
6) HOW MANY DIFFERENT COLOURS CAN I HAVE ON EACH BADGE?
There's no limit to how many colours, logos, photographic images you can have in each different badge design, so there's plenty of space for being creative and trying different things.
7) CAN YOU HELP WITH MY ARTWORK?
Generally, yes, I can, though there may be a nominal design fee. It's best if you can send your artwork formatted according to the artwork instructions as then you'll probably get your order quicker plus you'll be letting me know exactly how you want your badges etc to look.
8) CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE THAT COMES THROUGH WITH MY ONLINE PAYMENT?
No, sorry. It's a secure payment and as per Paypal's rules we can only deliver to the address that comes through with the payment.
This is as much for your security as ours as it helps prevent card fraud.
9) CAN I PHONE YOU?
I do all my badge communications via email. It's actually much easier as then I've got a record to refer back to re quantities, design etc. Actually, I'm much more likely to get back to people quicker via email than by phone.

10) HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay securely for your badges, keyrings etc via Paypal using the buttons on my site. You don't need to have a Paypal account, just click one of the secure buttons on the prices & payment page and pay with your credit/debit card.
I also accept cheques, postal order or cash via post to my contact address.
I don't accept bank transfers or payment over the phone.

All the official sounding stuff but yep, it's official. Any orders placed with myself are subject to these terms and conditions.
1) Normal delivery/turnaround times are not a 100% guarantee of
an exact date. We always endeavour to achieve these "normal"
turnaround times and almost all the time we do but we're only human
and technology and the postal system has it's foibles.
2) Once you've paid for an order or paid a deposit, no amount is
refundable.
3) If there are any faults with an order we must be informed within
24 hours of you receiving it and we will not accept returns without
our authorisation.
All orders are thoroughly inspected before despatch and refunds
will only be given if there is genuine fault.
Return shipping costs and packaging is the customers responsibility.
4) Once you've paid for an order or paid a deposit, you cannot change
the variables of that order such as changes to artwork, quantities
etc.
5) No part of an order will be
sent out until cleared payment is received in full.
6) All items remain the property of Badgesagogo until paid
for in full.
7) All prices are subject to change without notice.
8) Any orders received within my normal 14 day turnaround are treated as the same order.
What that means is you can't order two lots of 100*25mm badges at the same time for £20.00 each and have up to 10 designs in with those two orders. They'll be treated as one 200 badge order and so the normal amount of badge designs are allowed in with that order.
9) The prices on my site for all items apply if the artwork is supplied finished and ready to go. If artwork requires formatting, resizing, touching up etc then there may be an artwork fee.
10) We may use photographs/the designs of your badges as samples of badges we've made/as backgrounds etc on our site. As a thanks we can put a logo and a short (up to 60 words) paragraph on the "badges we've made" section of our site. Please contact us if you want to have a link about your badges on our site.
11) Prices include free shipping to the UK only. Overseas shipping will incur a surcharge.
As a final note, we expect politeness in all communications. Impoliteness only tends to put peoples backs up and won't help smooth running of orders. I'd apply that to life in general.
